To book it is always necessary to pay 50% of the stay. In case of cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in, the amount is fully refunded. Less than 24 hours, or in case of no show, the entire stay will be charged;
For group reservations from 4 people, or more than 3 nights: the cancellation or request to change these reservations free of charge must be made up to 8 days before the check-in date. Less than 72 hours, or in case of no show, the entire stay will be charged;
In July, August and September: the cancellation or request for alteration of these reservations free of charge must be made up to 5 days before the check-in date. After that, or in case of no show, the entire stay will be charged.
